How the program takes shape

During onboarding, Casago reviews the exterior door, deadbolt and bore alignment, Wi-Fi reach, owner-use pattern and approved access roles.
After an eligible lock is installed and connected, a confirmed reservation can trigger the configured guest-credential workflow.
Guest credentials are distributed through the approved communication flow for the reservation window rather than shared as a standing house code.
Scheduled housekeeping or maintenance visits can be assigned their own time-bounded access workflow when the service plan and lock configuration support it.
