Smart Access
A Yale smart-lock workflow that can issue reservation, vendor and owner credentials through the smart-home platform after installation and configuration are confirmed.
Key technology: The program may use a Yale Assure Lock 2 in Satin Nickel or Matte Black. Door preparation, deadbolt type, wiring, connectivity and installation fit require a property check.

Smart Thermostat
An EcoBee or Nest workflow that can coordinate vacant-home settings and arrival preparation with the reservation calendar after HVAC and installation compatibility are checked.
Key technology: Program compatibility may include EcoBee SmartThermostat Premium/Enhanced and Google Nest Learning Thermostats. HVAC voltage, C-wire or power-extender support, zoning, heat-pump or multi-stage compatibility and installation requirements must be checked.

Smart Monitoring
A sensor workflow that can measure decibel levels and other property signals for operating review without recording audio.
Key technology: The program may use a unified sensor for interior living spaces or a covered exterior area. Placement, power, Wi-Fi, device capabilities, local rules and guest-notice requirements must be reviewed before installation.

Smart Pool Management
A remote pool and spa workflow for homes with eligible connected automation, planned around the reservation calendar and the property's approved heating approach.
Key technology: Program compatibility may include eligible Pentair IntelliConnect/ScreenLogic and Zodiac/iAquaLink automation. Controller model, Wi-Fi, heater, valves, cloud access and current platform compatibility must be checked; manual or non-automated systems may need additional work.

Casago's local operations team handles hardware installation, PMS calendar sync and alert resolution on your behalf, once the home's equipment has been checked.
Select 1, 2 or 3 devices. Existing compatible Nest, EcoBee, Yale or Pentair systems are reviewed for connection to the platform.
Casago's team handles installation, connects the smart lock and sensors, and links every device to your reservation feed.
Door codes, climate schedules and pool heating activate and expire around confirmed guest dates.
Monitoring alerts go to Casago's dispatch team first, which resolves noise and smoke issues directly. Confirm the response model locally.
The owner lens
What is included
Reservation-aware guest credentials, owner-approved vacant and arrival climate settings, decibel and property-condition signals, and pool or spa scheduling for eligible automation.
What changes for the owner
Guest, vendor and owner access are governed separately; climate follows the calendar instead of the last guest; alerts route to the operating team first. Owner overrides and personal-use needs are part of setup.
What to validate for your home
HVAC wiring and zones, door and deadbolt fit, sensor placement and notices, pool controller and cloud access, Wi-Fi reach at every device, and the current scope, equipment, installation and terms.

Connected-lock behavior during an outage depends on the lock model, battery condition, prior credential synchronization, and property configuration. Review the home's fallback and support plan during installation rather than relying on a universal outage claim.
No. Connected automation can provide operational visibility and scheduling context for eligible equipment. Routine service, diagnosis, repair, water chemistry, and field work remain separate property needs.
