What is the 360 Service Bundle? The 360 Service Bundle is Casago's set of five defined programs that sit on top of base management: Linen & Terry, the Smart Home Program, Preventative Maintenance, AdVantage Marketing and Cable & Internet. The framework uses Linen & Terry as the foundation, then layers the Smart Home Program, Preventative Maintenance and AdVantage according to property needs. Cable & Internet is an optional add-on. Each program has a guide that answers the due-diligence questions before it is added to a property plan; scope, eligibility and cost are confirmed in the property proposal, not on this page.

The program library

Explore every layer of the 360 Service Bundle.

Each guide answers the fundamental due-diligence questions before a program is added to a property plan: what is included, what changes for the owner and what to validate for the home.

Bundle configuration

How a program is confirmed for a home.

Start with your home's operating reality, not a pre-selected package. The right configuration depends on the home's systems, demand profile and ownership goals.

  1. Inventory and guest readiness

Map beds, baths, occupancy and current turnover quality to right-size Linen & Terry.

  2. Systems and cost exposure

Review HVAC, locks, Wi-Fi, pool automation and repair history to identify Smart Home Program, Preventative Maintenance and connectivity eligibility.

  3. Demand and distribution

Match the home's guest appeal, photos, booking calendar and competitive set to a property-specific AdVantage strategy.

  4. Transparent owner decision

Show current program terms, assumptions and outputs in an address-specific property plan before enrollment.

The owner lens

Included, changes, validate.

Every program guide on this site is built around the same three questions, so you can compare programs on the same terms.

What is included

Clear operational workflows, not vague benefit statements.

Each guide lists the workflow the program brings into the operation, from bed-linen mapping to address-level provider checks, and the operating sequence the local team follows.

What changes for the owner

What the program takes off your plate, and what it does not.

Each guide states what the program changes in day-to-day coordination, and what still needs an owner decision. Pricing and eligibility context is tied to each individual program.

What to validate for your home

The checklist to bring to the property-plan conversation.

Each guide ends with what the property review covers and the questions to ask before enrollment, then hands off to a property-specific plan in the Owner Portal.

Questions owners ask about the 360 Service Bundle

How is Linen & Terry scoped and priced?

Linen & Terry is scoped to the home's beds, bathrooms, permitted occupancy, and pool-towel needs where applicable. Current scope, cost, replacement treatment, and terms are confirmed in the property proposal.

What does the Smart Home Program cost?

Current equipment, installation, program scope, and cost are confirmed in the property proposal for your home.

Are labor and parts included in Preventative Maintenance?

Ask for the property proposal to define the written scope, qualification rules, labor treatment, parts, materials, and authorization process for your home.

Are ROI, revenue, ranking, or bookings guaranteed by AdVantage Marketing?

No. Historical promotional ranges are not forecasts or guarantees. Results depend on the home, quality, reviews, rate, calendar, market demand, seasonality, channel rules, creative, guest fit, competition, and many variables outside a campaign's control.

What internet speed will the home receive with Cable & Internet?

Actual service depends on the address, provider, network availability, wiring, equipment, chosen tier, and configuration. Confirm the address-level offer in the property proposal before promising a guest experience.
