Can I promise trail or course access from a North Scottsdale home?
Only describe distance and route facts you have confirmed. Tee times and course access are separate arrangements, and the Preserve is public but has its own hours and rules.
Are gated communities in North Scottsdale open to short-term rentals?
It varies by community and by document. CC&Rs and gate policies control regardless of a City license. Obtain a written position before marketing.
What does the Preserve tell guests about heat?
The City advises hiking before 10 a.m. or after 5 p.m. in hot months, carrying water and sun protection, and says over 90 degrees is too hot for a dog on the trail.
