Palm Springs · Guide
Revenue, marketing and maintenance are the whole job. What changes in Palm Springs is what each of them has to survive.

Split them and they fight each other. A rate set without knowing the pool is down produces a refund. A listing that promises walkable downtown from a house that is not walkable produces a bad review. A maintenance plan built without the booking calendar sends a technician on a changeover day. The point of naming three functions is to force them into one plan for one property, not to package them separately.
Palm Springs demand is not evenly spread. Visit Palm Springs notes the city marks its design legacy each February and October, and Modernism Week publishes its fall edition as October 15 to 18, 2026, with architecture tours running seasonally October through May. Downtown has its own weekly rhythm: VillageFest closes Palm Canyon Drive to traffic every Thursday evening. Summer is a different product altogether, built around the pool and the indoors.
A real pricing plan for one home names which of those it can serve, sets minimum stays deliberately rather than by default, and puts the owner's own dates in before anything else. What it does not do is quote a city-wide occupancy figure and apply it to your house. This site publishes no occupancy, average daily rate, RevPAR or revenue numbers at all, because none of them would be about your property.

Design visitors here know the difference between a midcentury house and a house with a midcentury sofa. Modernism Week's programme includes home tours and walking tours in neighborhoods like Twin Palms, described as the first midcentury neighborhood built by the Alexander Construction Co. That is the standard your photography is being read against.
Practical marketing means naming the one or two trips the home genuinely supports. A pool-centred family house, a walkable downtown base, a quiet design-led couples retreat and a canyon-access home are four different listings, and only one of them is yours. It also means being accurate about what the City permits, because the listing sets the expectation a guest arrives with. Photography, listing copy and paid media are built on the home's documented features and run across the major channels plus a direct channel.
In most markets pool condition is a guest-satisfaction question. In Palm Springs it is also paperwork: the City lists a Pool Certification Form and a Rental Certificate Safety Inspection Form among its certificate application documents. Cooling sits next to it in importance, because the Aerial Tramway's Mountain Station may be 30 degrees cooler than downtown but the house still has to be comfortable when guests come back from it.
Care here means scheduling around reservations rather than around convenience, checking pool and cooling readiness before arrivals rather than after complaints, and routing approvals to the owner. The Smart Home Program ties thermostats, locks and pool equipment to the booking calendar through Casago's smart home platform, which matters most in the months when the house is empty and the sun is not. The 360 Service Bundle sets out the defined programmes that sit alongside base management.
Owner dates go on the calendar first and are protected. Approvals for work above whatever threshold you set come to you. The guest story the home is marketed under is agreed rather than assumed. And the decision about which programmes apply is made for your property rather than sold as a bundle. Use the owner-use worksheet to map your own weeks before the pricing conversation starts.
Educational and source-linked. Programme availability and terms are confirmed for your property. A source check is not legal advice or Casago business approval.
Because a city-wide number cannot describe one house, and this is a public page with no knowledge of your property, its condition, its neighborhood capacity or your own use of it. Everything here stays with method and obligations. Property-specific results are handled in the Owner Portal under its own permissions.
Maintenance has the sharpest local edge, because the pool and the cooling system carry the stay and because pool condition appears in the City's own certificate documents rather than only in the listing. That does not make the other two optional. A well-kept house priced against the wrong calendar still underperforms.
No. Owner dates are set with you and protected on the calendar, and approvals are routed to you. The owner-use worksheet in Owner Tools shows how personal stays, cleaning buffers and seasonal demand interact so the weeks can be planned rather than negotiated after the fact.
