Flagstaff calls itself a destination for all seasons, and the rules change with them. Winter brings a street parking ban, summer can bring fire restrictions, and the night sky is protected all year.

From July 1, 2026, every new and renewed City license includes the interior notice automatically. It tells guests about parking, trash, quiet and fire restrictions in one place, and the house guide repeats it in plain words.
