The valley runs on a calendar.
Golf and film in January, design in February, fashion and tennis in March, two festival weekends in April, then a summer built around the pool. Marketing, pricing and care follow that calendar month by month.

Events are from Visit Greater Palm Springs. Each row shows how the three jobs, marketing, revenue and maintenance, change with the month.

Why it is property by property
The same week means different things in different cities.
- A La Quinta home near PGA West sells a golf week in January. An Indio home near the polo grounds sells April.
- An Indian Wells home lives on monthly stays most of the year, then opens to week-long stays for the tennis tournament.
- A Palm Desert home near El Paseo sells walkable dining in March, at no more than two overnight guests per bedroom.
Casago's Coachella Valley team manages about 160 homes across La Quinta, Palm Desert, Indio, Rancho Mirage, Cathedral City, Indian Wells and Bermuda Dunes, each on its own city's calendar and rules.
